Submission of a Financial Aid application is NOT a guarantee of receiving a financial aid award.
 
FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for Grace Academy for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by July 31, 2024. 
 
Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:
 
  • Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
  • Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.
  All supporting documentation can be uploaded in PDF format online. Documentation can also be faxed to 866-315-9264 or mailed to the address below.  Please be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence.

Financial Aid Usage

  • If after Grace Academy awards financial aid to a student and then additional 3rd party scholarships (Crispus Attucks, etc.) come in for that student, the school’s financial aid may be refunded in total or in portion IF the amount of the scholarship exceeds the amount of financial aid awarded to the student since the scholarship would count as income.
  • If scholarships come in for a student whose tuition is already paid in full, that scholarship will be held until the following school year.
